牛熊證街貨重貨區啟示

目前不少人視恒指牛熊證街貨重倉區為投資的啟示。每日的公布牛熊證街貨量,揭露了散戶的底牌。不少投資者選擇牛熊證收回價時,都會參考恒指的支持位及阻力位,故容易成為收回價密集區。不過有投資者認為在大市深度不足的情況下,大戶容易於舞高弄低,打靶收回價重倉區的牛熊證獲利。投資者可以避開恒指牛熊證的重倉區選擇收回價,如低或高重貨區100至200點收回價的策略。

勿以成交量為首選條件

牛熊證的成交量,有時並不反映其流通量。發行商有機會擴大交投後,再擴闊買賣差價,投資者入貨後難以沽出,容易出現「短炒變長揸」的情況。因此投資者不應單靠成交量揀選牛熊證,應留意其收回價、槓桿比率及兌換比率等條款。

接近收回價的風險

相關資產價格接近收回價時,牛熊證的價格或會變得更波動,發行商的對沖風險可能令牛熊證的買賣差價擴闊。同時財務費用下跌愈快。投資者為避免牛熊證被強制收回,待三個交易日後才可收取剩餘金額,部分或急於以一個低於合理價格沽出,令牛熊證價格進一步下跌。

收市競價影響

港股於2016年7月25日開始實施收市競價時段,雖然並不適用於認股證及牛熊證產品,不過亦會影響認股證的收市價。由於認股證及牛熊證在下午4時收市,但股分會到4時10分左右才會收市,即收市競價後。可是牛熊證的收市價參考了港股及相關資產價格在4時收市的價格,而非在競價時段後的正式收市價,故有機會出現產品在收市競價時段被收回的情況。假設某恒指牛證收回價在21100點水平,而恒指在4時正的收市價是21230點。不過在競價時段後,恒指最終收市於20980點水平,跌穿收回價,故投資者未能作出任何買賣下,該牛證已在收市競價後被收回。

至於牛熊證到期的結算價,將會使用競價時段後的正式收市價。若牛熊證被收回後,競價時段後的收市價,等同兩個交易時段內的最高位或最低位,將會以其結算剩餘價值。
