買賣認股證風險

投資者要留意過於價外或價內、年期太短的認股證,其引伸波幅、買賣差價及流通量可能不穩定。

引伸波幅穩定性

引伸波幅愈低,反映該認股證價格愈便宜,不過其穩定性亦同樣重要。一隻引伸波幅低但不穩定的窩輪,表現會比較反覆,較容易出現價格不跟足正股的情況。

收市競價影響

港股於2016年7月25日開始實施收市競價時段,雖然並不適用於認股證及牛熊證產品,不過亦會影響認股證的收市價。由於認股證及牛熊證在下午4時收市,但股分會到4時10分左右才會收市,即收市競價後。可是認股證的收市價參考了港股及相關資產價格在4時收市的價格,而非在競價時段後的正式收市價。以騰訊(00700)為例,若其4時正的收市價是184.8元,而某認股證的價格是0.345元,但到收市競價後,競價盤令騰訊最終收於184.4元。惟認股證已經收市,輪價仍會收於0.345元,未能反映正股收市價較4時正價格下跌了0.4元。
直至下一個交易日開市,騰訊開市報184.6元,較前競價時段後的正式收市價升0.2元,報價機亦顯示正股價上升了。但該騰訊窩輪收市價是反映騰訊4時正的價格,所以如果現價184.6元,事實上較4時正的收市價跌0.2元。投資者可能會混淆,明明報價機上反映騰訊升了,但窩輪的價格卻下跌,認為輪商開價不合理。另外,認股證的到期結算價,亦會使用競價時段後的正式收市價。

「升窩」減少看錯市損失

正股波幅較大時,認股證的引伸波幅上升。當正股價格上揚,投資者可賺取認股證的理論價格升幅外,亦可賺取引伸波幅上升所帶來的輪價升幅。若投資者在引伸波幅較平穩時買入認沽證,即使股價其後急升,亦能透過「升窩」減少投資虧損。
